(New) Applications for exterior modifications can be located online at Kyndwoodlife.com or on Buurt under the resources/documents. Residents may also visit the onsite office to pick up a paper copy of the application. There is a $50 fee for major modifications. Please visit the application for additional details.

chevron_rightHow long does it take for my ARC modification application to be reviewed? (New) Per the governing documents, the committee has up to 30 days. If additional information is needed, the review time begins once that information is provided.
Amenity Center

chevron_rightWhen will the amenity center be completed? (New) The amenity center is currently under construction. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
Assessments

chevron_rightWhat is the 2026 assessment amount and when are they due? (New) Quarterly assessments are $300.00 and are due by the last day of January, April, July, and October. Internet assessments are $43.99 per month per home.

Violations

chevron_rightWhy did I receive a violation notice, and what happens if I don’t correct it? (New) Violation notices are sent when a property appears to be out of compliance with the community’s governing documents. The notice will include the issue and a timeframe for correction. If the violation is not resolved, additional notices, fines, or further enforcement action may occur. If you need more time or believe the notice was sent in error, please contact the management team so we can review the situation with you.
